Returns Policy
We will accept returns for incorrect sizing, excluding Vassalli White coloured items, provided the goods are returned to us within 7 days of delivery.
If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and tags left on garments.
We will endeavour to replace with a garment of the correct size but if we are unable to do this we will provide you with a refund. We are unable to accept the return of Vassalli White coloured items, except if the goods are faulty.
If goods are faulty, we will endeavour to correct the fault or provide a replacement. If we are unable to do this, we will provide you with a full refund.
Any return of goods due to incorrect sizing will be at the customer's expense, and postage will be charged for replacements provided.

We do not accept returns or exchanges on sale items.
If you need to return an item in accordance with any of the above circumstances, please phone us on (3) 358 8598 with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will give you instructions for returning items from your order.
Shipping
We ship to New Zealand and Australian addresses.
Free Shipping on all New Zealand orders above $150.
A delivery charge of $8.00 incl GST will be made for each New Zealand order of $150 or below.
A delivery charge of $30.00 will be made for for each Australian order.
All orders are delivered by courier and are trackable.
All New Zealand orders are shipped by CourierPost unless otherwise specified. For tracking, please visit https://www.courierpost.co.nz/track/track-and-trace/
Delivery can only be made to a physical address and not to P.O. boxes. A tracking number will be sent to you by email once your order has been processed.
