Returns Policy

We will accept returns for incorrect sizing, excluding Vassalli White coloured items, provided the goods are returned to us within 7 days of delivery. We will endeavour to replace with a garment of the correct size but if we are unable to do this we will provide you with a credit. We are unable to accept the return of Vassalli White coloured items, except if the goods are faulty.

If goods are faulty, we will endeavour to correct the fault or provide a replacement. If we are unable to do this, we will provide you with a full refund.

Any return of goods due to incorrect sizing will be at the customer's expense, and postage will be charged for replacements provided.

Any item sent back for exchange or credit must be in brand new condition, unworn and with all tags attached. Additionally, the packaging containing the garment must be in undamaged condition with the garment packed as received.

We do not accept returns or exchanges on sale items.


If you need to return an item in accordance with any of the above circumstances, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.

Shipping

We ship to New Zealand and Australian addresses.

Free Shipping on all New Zealand orders above $100.  

A delivery charge of $7.00 incl GST will be made for each New Zealand order of $100 or below.

A delivery charge of $20.00 will be made for for each Australian order.

All orders are delivered by courier and are trackable.

Delivery can only be made to a physical address and not to P.O. boxes. A tracking number will be sent to you by email once your order has been processed.

Usual delivery times for New Zealand orders are 1 to 3 business days, depending on where you live.
